Welcome to Osmo. By accessing or using our mobile application and website (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

Osmo is a B2B platform that allows users in Turkmenistan to search, order and receive products from Chinese e-commerce platforms (including but not limited to Taobao, 1688 and Tmall). We act as an intermediary: we purchase goods on your behalf, handle consolidation, international shipping, customs procedures and last-mile delivery.

2. Account Registration

  • You must provide a valid Turkmenistan phone number (+993) to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information.

3. Orders and Payments

  • All prices are displayed in local currency (TMT) based on a daily conversion rate from CNY.
  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order.
  • Payment must be completed according to the instructions provided in the app.
  • Additional costs (shipping, customs, insurance) may apply and will be communicated before final confirmation.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to Chinese holidays, customs clearance, weather or other factors beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided.

5. Prohibited Items

You may not order items that are illegal to import into Turkmenistan or that violate Chinese export regulations. We reserve the right to cancel any order containing prohibited goods.

6. Returns and Refunds

Return and refund policies depend on the specific product and the Chinese seller’s rules. We will assist you in communicating with sellers, but we cannot guarantee returns. Details are provided on a case-by-case basis via in-app support.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos and software on the Service are owned by Osmo or its licensors. You may not copy, modify or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Osmo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
  • Any errors or omissions in content
  • Delays or failures in logistics beyond our reasonable control

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behaviour.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Turkmenistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Ashgabat, Turkmenistan.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
